Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to own and elevate our social and digital presence. Supporting the Marketing Manager, you will act as the voice of the brand across all platforms, creating engaging, trend-led content, building our community, and driving real business impact.
This is a fast-paced, content-first role for someone who lives and breathes social media, is confident behind the camera, and thrives on taking full ownership from idea through to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Ownership
Manage and grow all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Plan and deliver a consistent, high-quality content calendar
Take full control of content from idea generation to post scheduling
Spot trends, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities quickly
Continuously optimise performance using insights, analytics, and competitor awareness
Content Creation (End-to-End)
Create engaging, platform-native content (Reels, TikToks, carousels, etc.)
Lead in-house product and lifestyle shoots (photo & video)
Be comfortable appearing on camera when needed
Maintain strong visual identity and brand consistency
Use tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality content
Copywriting & Brand Voice
Write compelling, on-brand captions and marketing copy
Adapt tone of voice across platforms
Contribute to wider campaign messaging and launches
Support planning and execution of community-driven content
Community Engagement
Manage comments, DMs, and customer interactions in a timely and engaging way
Build a strong, loyal community through proactive engagement
Identify and respond to customer feedback and trends
Email Marketing & CRM Support
Support the planning and execution of email campaigns
Write engaging email copy and assist with campaign builds
Contribute to growing and engaging the customer database
Support seasonal campaigns, offers, and product launches
Campaigns & Collaboration
Support integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, and in-store
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring campaigns to life
Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships, and collaborations
Contribute creative ideas in team brainstorms
Requirements
Proven experience in a social media or marketing role (ideally in food, retail, or hospitality)
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content
Confident creating short-form, trend-led content
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Experience managing social media end-to-end
Proactive, self-starter with strong ownership mindset
Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
