Job Title: IT Manager

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee all IT systems across the business. This pivotal role will manage our third-party Multi Service Provider, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations for both our head office and retail teams. You will be responsible for improving system performance, driving technological advancement, and ensuring robust cyber security across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all IT systems, infrastructure, and software across the company.

• Manage and maintain relationships with our external Multi Service Provider to ensure timely and effective IT support for head office and shop teams.

• Lead IT improvement projects to upskill and modernise current systems.

• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Oversee data security, backups, and cyber security measures.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance system integration and performance.

• Utilise Power BI to produce meaningful business insights and performance reports.

• Manage budgets, monitor system performance, and ensure value for money from external partners.

About You:

• Proven experience in an IT Manager or similar leadership role.

• Strong technical understanding of business IT systems and infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience managing third-party service providers.

• Excellent knowledge of cyber security and data protection best practices.

• Working knowledge and practical experience with Power BI.

• Strong project management and communication skills.

• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
